Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.
The following policies have been put into our business practices as required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act.

Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. will ensure that our staff is trained and familiar with various assistive devices we have on site or that we provide that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods or services.
Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We have trained our staff who communicate with customers over the telephone and in person to speak in a tone that is in a clear plain manner. Direct Staffing Solutions Inc offers its customers the method of communicating through email if telephone method is not suitable or readily available.
Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. welcomes people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public. Where a service animal is excluded by law from the premises, the reason why the animal is excluded will be explained to the person with disabilities. Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. will also ensure that other measures are available to enable a person with disability to obtain, use and benefit from the companies goods and services. The service animal must be under care and control of the individual at all times.
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on Direct Staffing Solutions Inc properties which are open to the public. Fees will not be charged for support persons for admission to Direct Staffing Solutions Inc premises, where confidentiality is concerned, Direct Staffing Solutions Inc may request the support person to sign a confidentiality agreement. The customer shall determine whether a support person is necessary however, Direct Staffing Solutions Inc may require a person with disabilities to be accompanied by a support person when the health and safety of the person with the disability and others on the premises at risk.
Notice of Temporary Disruption:
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. will notify customers promptly. This clearly posted notice of interruption will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. The notice will be publicly available/ posted at all public entrances and service counters on Direct Staffing Solutions Inc premises including our website www.directstaffingsolutions.com
Direct Staffing Solutions Inc will make every reasonable effort to inform /contact customers that have scheduled appointments / interviews or are calling in to make scheduled appointments/interviews or any part of Direct Staffing Solution Inc employment relationship or by any other reasonable method available such as telephone, email, and text derived under the circumstances of the service interruption(s).
Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. will provide accessible customer service training to employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on our behalf. Training will also be provided to applicable staff and all individual people involved in the development of policies, plans, practices and procedures related to the provision of our goods and services. Staff will also be trained when changes are made to our accessible customer service plan, policies, practices and procedures as soon as practical after being employed with Direct Staffing Solutions Inc. Training records will be filed to confirm compliance.

Modifications to this or other policies:
